Black and White Enterprises, LLC., owner Meighan Peifer has extensive experience in planning, managing and executing both large and small events.
Since 2011, we have worked with artists and organizations to coordinate and manage catering, concert hospitality provisions, travel arrangements, and accommodations in both Missouri and Kansas.
We have also coordinated provisions for for several Blues Bands for large festivals, including both the International Blues Festival, and the Iowa Blues Festival. Additionally, we have also previously sponsored Blues bands.
Most recently, we secured and sponsored K-Rock Artist Lewis Park, as well as K-Hip Hop Artists Ted Park, Parlay Pass, and Kazi for concerts here in Kansas City.

22 years of experience
I have 22 years in Federal contracting, grant solicitation & submission, having secured $500k in grants for small businesses in the last three years. I also have a background in radio and television production, executive producing the film The Ordinance Project. These, and other experiences, pulled me to want to work for local music events and with concert planners in hopes that promoters would reach out to me for my broader managing/contracting and event planning skills. Tiring of waiting for a full-time industry position and waiting for the local planners to take on larger projects, I decided to start my own events planning business and do these things myself. Thus, Black and White Enterprises, LLC. was born.
Fast forward a decade and several successful ventures later, I now coordinate events directly with artists’ managers and produce a local KPOP radio show on KKFI 90.1 fm. We are the only station in an 80 mile radius playing KPOP. Not only am I able to continue to serve clients with hospitality arrangements and event procurement; am able to announce the events on my radio show giving clients a very unique customer service promotion package.
